EDUCATION WINS
I was sitting at my desk at work yawning. What a boring job I have. I do the same thing hour after hour. Sitting in front of a computer for eight hours a day was not what I had in mind when I took this job. Actually, the truth be known, my aunt gave me this job at the company she owns as I couldn’t find one after I dropped out of school. Just as I was thinking what I could do to make this job more exciting I got the shock of my life. A wizard, yes I said a wizard, appeared next to me and told me that I could have any temporary employment job I wanted for a month. I asked what the catch was and he just smiled at me. I told him I wanted to be president of a large music company. I wanted a big plush office with loud music piped in everywhere. I wanted my own limo to take me to visit all the music stars that I would be in charge of. He said to close my eyes and when I felt a tap on my shoulder my wish would come true. I felt a tap and was so excited. That excitement lasted only until I opened my eyes to see my aunt trying to wake me. She had the same smile on her face as the wizard had. I had fallen asleep at my desk. I guess the only way to have my wish come true is to go back to school and get the education I need to succeed in my job quest.
