JOB OUT OF COLLEGE
I have been working at this publishing company as an editor for nearly fifteen years. This was my first job out of college. I am thirty six now; I started working here at the age of twenty one, right out of college where I managed in English. Through hard work, dedication, and honesty, I have been able to work my way up the ranks at this company to where I am now. The biggest part of getting to where I am now has been through my friend, co-worker, and passionate golfer, Michael. I am getting Michael a golf gift for his twentieth year working at this company. Michael is friends with all of the bosses and told them about my talents, which resulted in my multiple promotions. I am not sure what Michael would want in terms of a golf gift, but I do know that Michael loves to golf, so I think that I will just get him a gift certificate to a golfing store; he can pick out what he wants himself. I hope that Michael finds something useful for himself. He just might get me another promotion. I hope that one day, I am celebrating my twentieth year at this company. This is truly a great place to work at.
